ACPG's model is built around four main revenue streams: retained sales commission, annual licence fees, referral income, and recurring lettings revenue. Developer and land revenues are planned later, once the network has more scale.

Jamie Clutterbuck brings estate agency, recruitment, and local market expertise. Ben Puncher brings systems, operations, technology, and scale-up leadership. Together they cover the two things ACPG needs most in its early years: strong agent recruitment and strong operational build.
