We founded All Counties Property Group with a shared belief that estate agency can work better - for agents, for clients, and for the wider market. By combining Jamie's deep property experience with Ben's background in building and scaling businesses, we have created a platform designed to strengthen local brands, improve standards, and support long-term growth.

Ben is an award-winning business leader and technologist with more than 25 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth companies. He co-created and led a Queen's Award-winning software business that transformed global supply-chain operations for some of the world's largest retailers.
Through All Counties Property Group, Ben's focus is to build a national business that connects land, development, and sales - creating communities where people can live securely, sustainably, and with pride.

Jamie is an accomplished estate agent and entrepreneur with more than a decade of success across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. A former professional golfer turned property leader, he brings focus, integrity, and drive to every aspect of his work.
As Co-Founder of All Counties Property Group, Jamie leads agent engagement, partnership growth, and strategic expansion - helping exceptional agents build independent, profitable businesses under trusted local brands.
