Ben Puncher

Ben is an award-winning business leader and technologist with over 25 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth companies. A founder at heart, he co-created and led a Queen's Award-winning software business that transformed global supply-chain operations for some of the world's largest retailers.

Driven by a deep belief that innovation can solve real social challenges, Ben's focus through All Counties Property Group is to help tackle the UK's housing shortage head-on. His vision is to create a company that not only empowers estate agents but also invests in new housing technology, sources and repurposes land, and helps influence housing policy to deliver more affordable, sustainable homes for all.

Ben's goal is simple: to build a national business that connects land, development, and sales - creating communities where people can live securely, sustainably, and with pride.

A former professional golfer turned property leader, Jamie brings the same focus, discipline, and competitive spirit that defined his sporting career to every aspect of his business life.
